 Leadership and Innovation Theaters:

image007Every 30 minutes during Exhibit Hall hours educational sessions and case studies take place in the Leadership and Innovation theaters.  All sessions are promoted in the HIMSS Show Guide.

Handbooks:

With content provided by our educational partners and sponsors, this glossy handbook details the various use cases and technologies making a difference in healthcare  today.  The handbooks are given to visitors at the entrance to the Pavilion.  Download copy

Vendor Kiosks:

With one destination pavilion focused on auto-id technologies; visitors can visit many vendors, talk about multiple technologies and see multi-vendor solutions all seamlessly integrated.

Demo Zone Counter:

Visitors are able to touch and feel the technology.  Sponsors have a counter in front and a backdrop behind – to be part of this area you must provide software or hardware that the visitor interacts with.

Sponsorship Properties:

Use Case(s) in the Demonstration Rooms.  A use case is an example of your technology or product described in terms of how it improves patient care and safety, integrates with other products and contributes to operational efficiencies.  A demonstration of your solution/product will be incorporated into the scripted tours of the Medical Home and Hospital rooms.  Your use case name, and Kiosk number will appear adjacent to your demonstration in the rooms.

Sponsor an industry thought leader or customer to speak about the impact of technology in Healthcare today in the Leadership or Innovation Theater.  The  Cornerstone  Sponsor level provides for the sponsorship of a 40 minute panel discussion.

Demonstrate your solution/product as part of the Demo Zone.

Publish case studies in the Intelligent Healthcare Handbooks.

Market your company and solution with Joint Press Releases with the IHA as well as inclusion in Pavilion signage and websites.

Video 30 minutes – footage of your choice-  at your kiosk or at one of the theaters.

Increase your visibility with logos on ear buds or on apparel worn by staff in the demonstration room.

  1. SIX (6) Use cases in a combination of either the Hospital Demo rooms, (maximum of three (3) per room in the IH) and  in the iHome, maximum of two (2) per room. The IHA and its planning committees will determine final room (s) for All Use Cases.

Sponsor Obligations

 

  • Share the IHA vision and believe in education as critical to the adoption of new technologies.

 

  • Commit to working with other vendors to setup working demonstrations of multiple technologies working seamlessly together.

 

  • Provide educational case studies for publication in the Pavilion Handbooks.

 

  • Work with IHA committees to draft a script that speaks to improved patient outcomes, better health and safety and improved operations.

 

  • Staff your kiosk with engaging, knowledgeable resources who can educate the visitor.

 

  • Participate in the setup of demonstrations the weekend prior to the opening of the Exhibit Hall.

 

 

The IHA mission is to raise the level of awareness through educational programs, empower the health community with vendor neutral information, and encourage the adoption and implementation of technology to improve patient outcomes, improve health and safety and reduce operating costs.The world around us is changing.
